Great experience... as far as dental work goes. Ben is fantastic. Very caring, very professional. very personable... and fun to chat to. He's got a good sense of humour. Always lots of $$$ when you visit the dentist. Private health insurance should at least cover the cost of a scale and clean... but hey.. I think it's the same all over. Lois on reception.. as soon as you open the door and walk in she knows exactly who you are.. greets you by name.. knows what you're coming in for.. and loves a chat. It's a very friendly practise.

It had been some time since my previous dental visit, and I attended with two concerns: what I believed was a fractured tooth, and an exposed/gaping filling. The fractured tooth was treated with a filling involving two adjoining teeth. While there was some sensitivity afterward, I appreciated that the issue was addressed during the appointment. However, I was concerned about the handling of the exposed filling. My understanding was that it could potentially be dealt with at a later appointment, though during the visit the existing filling material was removed and replaced. I asked whether it could be secured more firmly, as I was worried it might not hold, but I was reassured it would last. Unfortunately, the filling later came loose and I swallowed it. I appreciate the care provided overall, but the experience left me feeling somewhat disappointed and uncertain about the durability of the treatment and the communication surrounding it.
