The most pathetic service ever encountered, uncaring insensitive unprofessional and negligent. Disgusting in fact

The most unprofessional and poorly trained team I have ever encountered. There is no follow-up. There is no duty of care or empathy. The few new staff people of the "Rise" team are approachable and doing their best but with the past staff as their mentors they will be disadvantaged due to the appalling work ethics and attitudes. The government has allowed this social housing disaster of poor service, extreme lack of maintenance and total disrespect for the tenants rights overall.

The phone rings and it says you are xyz in the queue, when they eventually answer, they hang up. So I call back again, this time I leave my number for them to call me back.........ZIP, Nothing, no call back. Im not a tenant and need to report something urgently. How else am I meant to do this?

They are a little slow, but yet they work and it must be admitted they really try to help people. They are good and they are kind in communication. I don’t like going there because of the β€œclientele” that comes there. I have seen there many times how some clients behave rudely towards employees at the counter. I mean really to vomit. I thank the staff for their service and I give them an excellent grade for their work.
