I had the displeasure of meeting the woman whom so many reviewers of this place seem to be referring to, and I can certainly understand why so many people have rated this store poorly. She truly has a foul mouth and was extremely unpleasant to deal with. What I found particularly amusing was that I only read the reviews after visiting the store, and quickly realised that I was far from the only person to have had this experience. I do recommend this place for anyone visiting Manly for the first time, especially for the experience 🤣

Love this shop, I've bought 3 different times clothes from here and it's an awesome shop with great pricing and sweet lady at the checkout.

I love this shop! I didn't encounter any rude behaviour, rather the staffs were very friendly and helpful. A lot of cute and i would say not very mainstreamed clothes. Good deal as well! Will defo come back here

I think the owner was quite lovely! She showed my Aunty and I around and gave great fashion advice and was quite honest! I think her sense of humor might be quite sarcastic, but I thought she was hilarious. We even went back to show her our outfits because we just loved chatting to her.

The worst experience I have ever encountered. Never in my 21 years have I ever been fat shamed. This old female worker, assuming that’s the owner, made the assumption that a dress would be too small on me whilst I was holding it , saying that she does not hold any other sizes despite me not asking for any sizes. The size ended up being my size , and I in fact wear a size 6 and she rudely made the assumption that I cannot fit in a size 8 and that I shouldn’t buy it because it won’t be my size and that she only caters for smaller sizes. The second I walked in she was giving me rude stares. I then proceed to pay for two tops and she stops me to make a personal phone call. During this experience, she continues to look me up and down with the most disgusted look. I strongly advise every female, especially young ones to not shop in this store unless you want to be triggered with an eating disorder. I have never been more disgusted by a customer service in my life, and I hope the owner gets satisfaction over fat shaming a young girl who was minding her own business and just wanted to shop. Ps. The worker who fat shamed me is wearing a white top in the photo x
