I have engaged with di lizio for multiple matters since 2020 and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing, especially in the last year. I had previously been dealing with Grace who had handled matters professionally. Since I have been dealing with May my experience has been the opposite. From the outset, there was a noticeable lack of professionalism. My requests were not followed through, and key tasks were either delayed or not complete. Instead of advising, she charges and completes the task before checking if it is done correctly. I have had to pay an extra because she didn’t bother to check my original instruction properly. She also gave me the wrong instructions and I had to call council to double check that what she stated was in fact incorrect. When I attempted to follow up and understand what went wrong I was met with dismissive and at times rude responses, which only added to the frustration. On top of the poor service, I was also overcharged compared to what other solicitors were offering. Not once have I been offered a discount despite doing multiple matters on different properties with Di Lizio, and have only been met with more upcharge. Overall, the
