I can’t thank the team enough for the care and compassion they showed during one of the hardest days of our lives. We brought our fur baby in when he was very unwell, and unfortunately it was time for him to rest. From the moment we arrived, every member of the team treated us with incredible empathy, patience, and kindness. They gave us all the time we needed and made an incredibly heartbreaking experience just that little bit easier. When we returned to collect him, that same level of compassion continued. We were also deeply touched to receive an unexpected condolence card with his paw prints. It was such a thoughtful gesture that meant more to us than words can express. It’s the little things like this that truly set this clinic apart. Thank you for treating not only our boy with dignity and care, but also for supporting us through such a difficult goodbye. We will never forget your kindness.

8/5/26 was booked in for my dog dental procedure at 9am today. I called around 1:15pm and was advised the procedure had not started yet. It is now 3:10pm and I still haven’t received any update. The nurse said admission time is no procedure time..... I understand the clinic may be busy, but I’m feeling quite worried and would really appreciate an update to the owner when possible. At the end I pick up 4.30pm.

Dundas Veterinary Hospital are absolutely fabulous! Both Dr Park and Dr Rosemaree are not only incredibly kind, but also extremely thorough with our pets. I always leave the clinic feeling confident that my furbabies have received the very best care. I wouldn’t take them anywhere else

Very caring and warm professionals at the clinic. Looked after our naughty runaway Teddy and fed him too. A complimentary check up and suggestion on his health too, absolutely refused to charge fees. Thanks to the Samaritans Anonymous who let Teddy sleep in their bed overnight and handed him in, too We can not thank community and Dundas vet enough

Dr. Park provided exceptional care for our new pup Kobe 🐕‍🦺. It’s my first time having a pup and visiting a vet. From start to finish, the experience was smooth and stress-free. The staff and veterinary nurses were outstanding🥺. They handled Kobe with care and made sure that she was comfortable throughout the visit. Dr. Park thoroughly addressed all of our questions and shared important advice on general puppy care, including what to be mindful of, the vaccination schedule, and the importance of staying on top of flea and tick control. He also explained why these steps are crucial for Kobe’s health. Additionally, he noticed that Kobe’s ears are hairier than average for a poodle and cautioned us to prevent water from entering her ears. Later, when we detected a cheese-like odour, we revisited, and Dr. Park diagnosed a yeast infection. With the prescribed medication, Kobe’s condition improved within a week. The nurses also took the time to demonstrate how to safely clip Kobe’s nails, which are black and require extra care. They were professional and gentle with Kobe. She remained calm throughout the process. Highly recommend Dr. Park and his team to anyone looking for thorough and
