I had LASIK laser eye surgery with Eagle Eye Surgeons late last year, and while I was very happy with the overall result, my vision wasn't quite 100% perfect. Dr Erica and her team were incredibly supportive and worked with me to arrange an enhancement procedure, which was provided free of charge. Following the enhancement, I now have better than 20/20 vision and couldn't be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend Eagle Eye Surgeons. The entire team, including the office and administrative staff, were helpful, kind, professional and supportive throughout the entire journey. They were always open, honest and transparent about expectations, procedures and pricing, which gave me great confidence from the very beginning. If you're considering laser eye surgery, I would strongly recommend speaking with Dr Erica and the team at Eagle Eye Surgeons. 6 months ago I had cataract surgery on both eyes done by Erica at Eagle Eye. The results are excellent. My vision is very good - better that 20-20. Erica was very clear about what could be done, the likelihood of success and the (very low but real) risks of negative effects so I knew exactly what I was choosing to do. She was also helpful in minimising my surgery costs by doing both eyes at once, as I am a self funded retiree. I did not have to wait months for a surgery spot, and the surgery itself was done very efficiently so I was in and out in a couple of hours. The office staff at Eagle Eye Penrith were also very pleasant in greetings and making arrangements and were helpful with assisting me to recover what costs I could from medicare.

I had PRK surgery at Eagle Eye Surgeons on the 31st of October, and I couldn’t be happier with the whole experience. From my very first consultation, the team was incredibly helpful and patient, answering every question and making me feel supported throughout the entire process. Dr Erica Darian-Smith is incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything so clearly. She made me feel completely confident and informed at every stage. The aftercare has been fantastic. The team were always available when I needed guidance, and they even accommodated my preferred clinic so I didn’t have to drive to Mosman for each follow-up appointment, which made recovery so much easier. A special mention to Tricia at reception, she is so welcoming and always offers you a beverage. She organised my driving clearance and medical certificates with such ease. She made the admin side of everything completely stress free. My recovery and follow-up appointments are still ongoing, but my experience with Eagle Eye Surgeons has been nothing but positive. I’m truly grateful for the care and support I’ve received so far and highly recommend them to anyone considering eye surgery.
