Really grateful to the team at East Side towing for taking such great care of our daughter who was involved in a collision in Sydney. Their driver was prompt, professional and caring - understandably she was very distressed and Paul from Eastside was able to reassure her, ensure the vehicle was removed safely from the road and clearly told her what the next steps were. The follow up from the lovely office staff was great too, making sure we were well informed every step of the way. Really great customer service - would really recommend for all your towing needs!

I would highly recommend this towing company. Within under 20 minutes of making the call he had arrived at my destination. The team was not only efficient but also provided affordable and reasonably priced assistance, especially when compared to the cost of joining roadside assistance and arranging a tow through that route.
