I had a really good experience with ECA Professional during my IT Professional Year program. The environment is very supportive and helps you build confidence for the workplace. A special mention to my PY trainer, Kinza, she’s super friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. She made the learning experience much easier and more comfortable. Overall, it’s a great place if you’re looking to grow professionally and get prepared for real-world work. Highly recommend!

Highly Recommend the Professional Year Program at ECA! I completed my Professional Year program at the Parramatta campus, and I want to share my amazing experience with my trainer, Masoud Tymouri. Masoud made a great impct in my journey. His interactive and engaging teaching style turned dense, complex workplace topics into easily understandable lessons. He didn't just teach the curriculum; he brought his real-world insights into the classroom, helping us understand what Australian employers truly look for. Thanks to his guidance, my presentation skills, resume building, and overall communication confidence have dramatically improved. Throughout the classes, he was always approachable, supportive, and dedicated to helping every student succeed. I had a great experience completing my Professional Year program at ECA. The course was well-structured, practical, and highly beneficial for developing workplace skills and understanding the Australian professional environment. I had Masoud Tymouri as my trainer during my ECA Professional Year program, and it was honestly a really positive experience. Masoud is very knowledgeable and explains things in a clear and easy-to-understand way. He always created a comfortable environment where everyone felt okay to ask questions and join the discussion. What I appreciated most was how supportive and approachable he was throughout the program. He shared practical advice, real industry insights, and always took the time to help when needed. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his students grow and succeed. I’m really grateful for his guidance during the Professional Year program and would definitely recommend him to anyone doing their ECA Professional Year.

I recently completed my in-person classes for the Professional Year Program with ECA at their Brisbane Campus. Initially I thought this course would be like any other, where I do the assignments, get the scores and graduate. But no, within a few weeks of commencing my classes with ECA I realised that it contributed more to my personal and professional development. I had the opportunity to present during various occasions while studying this course, which gave a better understanding of my strengths. Under the mentorship of Dr. Jeff Hodgins, the class was more engaging and valuable with his knowledge sharing sessions. His involvement and commitment with the students was commendable. Apart from the skills gained from this program, it gave me the opportunity to network and make lasting friendships with like-minded inidividuals in the professional space. I wish to take this opportunity to formally express my deepest appreciation to Mr. Anil Naidu for his exceptional leadership. I would like to thank the entire ECA team for their unwavering support and guidance for the students.
