Was served by a lovely staff member named Ben, who helped me with an exchange for nappy pants. His friendly smile and exceptional customer service made my experience great. I want to express my appreciation and let others know that not all staff are rude; there are still kind and helpful employees who deserve compliments.

The guy at the register was not only professional but also really friendly. One of our products leaked, and he went and got us a replacement. That's service above and beyond what you'd expect from a supermarket

I had a great experience at there though small but meant a great deal to me as I am from a customer service background. I was walking through the store and passed the freezer section and there was a gentleman who was filling the refrigerator and as i passed him he said "Hello, How are You". I replied I am well and i kept walking. I then came back to this gentleman and said thank you for saying hello and told him that is great customer service and I asked him for his name and he said "Bing".
