​I had a fantastic experience at El Jannah Blacktown, and I really have to give a huge shout-out to Adam. From the moment I stepped up to order, he was unbelievably welcoming, polite, and attentive. Customer service this good is rare to come by these days! ​Adam went above and beyond to make sure everything was fresh, fast, and handled with a genuine smile. It’s clear he takes real pride in his work and truly values the customers. Legendary service, mate Thanks for making my visit so memorable. I’ll definitely be back!

A special mention to Ash, who is always welcoming, professional, and genuinely cares about both the customers and the business. You can see the pride he takes in maintaining such high standards, and it really shows in both the food and the service. Service can be greatly improved!!!!!! I've ordered 1/4. They served me without the bread and pickles by the male server. When I told the female cashier, she tried to make me pay extra for the pickles and bread!?? Only when I showed her the photos as advertised by your company, she reluctantly gave me the bread and pickles! Customers beware of terrible service! Went on Sat 16 may 26, 8:50pm

Update: got the automated response here and nothing else. Sent them an email but no response (laughing because my brother the lawyer thought sending an email would matter lol). I think this company is headed for planned obsolescence most of the chicken was raw and bleeding inside and most of the meat tasted undercooked around it. They said it would take 90mins to complete the order but were done in 24 minutes. They forgot an entire bag but we were too far away to go back to collect and they couldn’t be contacted. Original review: They have sold now - can’t order online, can’t order on phone, can’t get it delivered. Can’t get parking and food order was incomplete, cold, uncooked, missing food, sauce leaked into bag. Pity because it used to be good before they were sold. Unable to call anyone so am posting here.

Went here a couple days ago and hands down the best stop for lunch or dinner if you’re craving some chicken. Charcoal or fried chicken it’s fresh and just tastes as good as you can expect from a place that looks this good with the best vibes especially for a hangout with your friends. Chips were salted amazingly and tasted fresh as always. Definitely come down to here with your mates if your having some dinner or lunch.🤩😋
