I would not recommend this agency if you are looking for someone to manage your residential property, particularly if you have genuinely worked hard for your money. Managers are careless, not transparent with any party involved especially the landlord ,and have extremely slow response. The service was a bit better as they had better managers before but now has went extremely down. I am quite surprised about the 4.5 star review. This definitely doesn’t reflect their management department. All they care about is MONEY. I had a very good interaction with the selling agent Frank Polistina when I bought my property. If it wasn’t for that, I would give them -10 stars if I could’ve.

The agents were kind and helpful during inspections and when accepting the our offer for a purchase. We put in the 0.25% deposit and began the process of signing the contract. Soon after taking the deposit, the agents reported that another offer was made and accepted. This was unprofessional and unethical given that they already received our deposit. Different explanations were provided by the agents as to why this happened. This whole process was quite disappointing as we had high hopes. We received the deposit back thankfully but we hope this experience this doesn't happen to other families looking to purchase property.
