I have been studying with EnglishWise since November 2025, and I have actually been part of the school since 2023. During that time, I sat the PTE exam four times, but unfortunately I never felt that I received the support I truly needed to achieve my target score. Everything changed when I started learning with Heena Sampla. She genuinely cared about my progress, always encouraged me, and gave me the confidence I needed. She paid attention to every detail, supported me throughout my preparation, and never stopped believing in me. Thanks to her dedication, I finally passed my PTE exam. Heena is an outstanding teacher who goes above and beyond for her students. She is patient, knowledgeable, kind, and truly passionate about helping people succeed. I honestly believe that without her support, I would not have achieved my goal. While I am grateful for my time at EnglishWise, I feel the overall student support has declined over time. Since the management changes at the CBD campus, I often felt like I was being passed from one staff member to another instead of receiving consistent guidance. This was my first time coming to Australia and living in a native English-speaking country. Although I learned basic English in high school and university, using English in real-life situations is completely different and much more challenging. I believe the fastest and most effective way to improve your confidence is by choosing the right English language course. Choosing English Wise Global was one of the best decisions I made. The teachers are kind, professional, and make every class enjoyable with their sense of humor. The staff are also very friendly, supportive, and always willing to help whenever you need assistance. I come here almost every day after work, and finally I achieved the score I needed for my visa requirements. The tutors were very helpful, especially with the practice apps and the easy-to-understand lessons.
