I was charged twice for the same prescription due to a staff error. I initially paid for a three-item pack but was only given one item and told to return later. When I came back, I was asked to pay again and provide the prescription again. This situation was very stressful, especially as English is not my first language. I hope the management reviews their procedures to prevent this from happening to others.

Quite obvious you did not look at what you were signing Mr Justice of the Peace. You were so quick to just sign anywhere on the form so arrogantly you didn’t even notice it was an American Document which disqualifies you from signing. Hope you’re giving your customers the right prescriptions 😳👎

I've used this local community pharmacy for 30-years. Thankfully it has changed little--it's still a great family run small business, reminiscent of the best local, independent chemist shops of my youth. Comprehensive support of this calibre is scarce now in 2025. It features the great convenience of extended trading hours, always friendly experienced pharmacists, fast, helpful, personalised service, advice and dispensing--and the lowest general and prescription drug prices in the area (I've compared--my PBS scripts do cost less here).
