I would leave 6 stars if that was an option. I hosted my son's 9th birthday at Entertainment Park today and I have nothing but praise firstly for our party hosts, Ghenwa and Zara, who were so sweet, kind and attentive throughout the 3.5 hours we were there. From go karting, to arcade, to bowling, to feeding all the kids (and adults), everything went seamlessly. They saw me carry boxes of donuts and an empty cake stand into the room, before I even said anything, they offered to put the donut tower together! Whenever I needed something, like adding on additional game passes on the day, the rest of the Team would also jump in to help if they saw that Ghenwa and Zara were busy with the kids. You know the party is a success when almost every parent commented how well the party went, how lovely our hosts were and how delicious the food was. What I really appreciated most is care for safety taken by Entertainment Park. When you have dozens of 8-9 year olds karting for the first time, the Team took the time explain and reassure them that someone would always be there to help them on the track if they get scared. We recently celebrated our son’s 9th birthday at Entertainment Park, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! From start to finish, everything was so well organised, fun, and completely stress-free. A huge thank you to G, our host, who was absolutely beautiful. G was so friendly, helpful, and attentive, always checking in to make sure we were okay and that everything was running smoothly. Nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was amazing, and every detail was taken care of. Most importantly, the kids had an absolute blast and haven’t stopped talking about it! Our son had the best birthday, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Entertainment Park to anyone looking for the perfect birthday venue. I really enjoyed our visit, and the kids were very happy. The staff were polite and attentive, and they helped us choose a go-kart and complete the registration, as it was our first time there. The atmosphere was pleasant and not too loud. Everything was very clean, with plenty of tables and comfortable places to relax. The café offered delicious food, and there was a children’s menu available. There were plenty of arcade games, and we also enjoyed playing mini golf. Thank you for a wonderful day. We will definitely come back again!

This place is awesome! I have no idea how I didn’t know about it, but now that I do, I’ll come often. We came as a work group and it was a lot of fun, we played ten pin bowling, go karts, and some of us used the arcade. The facilities are great, there’s a great vibe, and we very much enjoyed ourselves.

Great place for kids. The electric karts are fun but 35 aud a pop for 10 mins plus annual registration fee of 15 aud. Not cheap by any standards but worth doing at least once. It has mini golf, games and pool tables. Lots of fun but be prepared to pay.
