Absolutely wonderful people. Marcel is an expert at his trade. He cares deeply about animals and the service he provides to them and their owners. The nurse (I didn't get her name) is so warm and caring, yet highly professional. What an asset to the clinic. I highly recommend this surgery and thank them for the care they provide for our community.

Dr Helen was amazing my German shepard has been itching for weeks. $600 at another vet for steroid cream and a cone to just get worse and tell me she is allergic to her food. Dr Helen did a thorough check of her whole body and found the issue and solved it immediately. Thank you so much

Dr Marcel and his caring team have been looking after my various fury babies for 20 years! Dr Marcels experience and warmth has always left me feeling in good hands, I trust him and his team to give me a professional and honest opinion regarding the management of my animals. Dr Marcel has provided excellent care at all stages of my animals lives, including routine check ups and vaccinations, dealing with various illnesses, and even facilitating the hardest end of life stage. I have nothing but praise for Callum and the team at Ermington vet. Three of my foster kittens suddenly passed away and I was so distraught taking them in to have their cremation sorted and Callum was the beacon of light is a distressing and traumatic experience, providing kind words and patience in this truly heartbreaking time. Between helping me there then assisting me via phone with laying them to rest and the whole process, he handled it with grace, patience and kindness that I truly needed in that moment. Thank you to Callum and the team there for all the work you do in being there for our pets and loving them as we do. My babies Albert, Hazel and Cornelius, in better times but forever kittens surrounded by love.

Dr Marcel, Chloe and the team at Ermington Veterinary are just wonderful and so caring. They made Lyra so comfortable pre desex surgery and her recovery has been very smooth thanks to their expertise.
