The incomparable Mel and Stewart Evans from Evans and Turner Travel Associates have been our go to Travel planners and organisers for 15+ years now and I'd like to give them a shout out for outstanding customer service and breadth of experience in organising travel in any corner of the globe! When we had an apartment in Lisbon fall through at the last moment in January 2026 Mel and Stewart worked around the clock and over a weekend to help relocate us in a fantastic apartment with all the inclusions we had asked for. You could not ask for better customer service and hard work to ensure our experience was rectified and then outdone from the original booking. Mel and Stewart always have a positive can-do attitude and I do not hesitate to recommend them and Evans and Turner travel for any and all of your travel requirements. Nobody does it better!

My wife and I have just returned from an amazing three weeks touring in Spain and Italy. We had never been to Spain so asked our agent Ken Higgins for a suggested program. Wow. We had the perfect experience of culture, history and food and Ken’s recommendation for small, centrally located hotels was faultless. When we had guides they were experienced and personable and tailored our experience to match our interests and knowledge. We had a health issue in our party and Ken took immediate control of the changes to bookings and we received a full refund for that couple. It would not have been possible without the involvement of the agency. We are a return customer with Travel Associates and Ken Higgins. We can’t recommend them highly enough.

Liz Thompson organised our European holiday which included a Mediterranean cruise. Liz listened to our likes and concerns and put together a magical holiday plan. We have not travelled a lot and being our first visit to Europe, Liz ensured that all connections including flights, several trains, water taxis etc were organised and easy for us to navigate. Liz also gave us suggestions on what sites to see and good food venues to try. The accommodation for before and after the cruise were all in very convenient locations and were clean, with good service and great breakfast buffets. We have no hesitation recommending Liz as we are in discussions to plan our next adventure.

I had a great experience with Stewart Evans of Travel Associates. Our trip to Vietnam was perfect with great local guides and allowing a mixture of our own accommodation and recommendations. Stewart was always available and there to answer any questions and do all our checkins. It was a great experience and holiday exactly as we imagined.
