I frequently visit this cinema and every time I’ve come, there’s always something not working. But tonight was terrible. Drinks machine wasn’t working, one of the popcorn machines had no popcorn in it, snack shelves were empty, surfaces and floors were grotty, none of the bathrooms had paper… we even picked up a bottled water with a fly squashed against it. Even if things are out of order, it’s like there’s no care in keeping things neat and clean. Just not a great experience. The Hoyts 10mins away at entertainment quarter is a much better experience for the same price.

Gold class - on arrival I noticed around and under our seats had so much rubbish, food , popcorn etc ( it was a lot) , the usher was close by and I mentioned it to her , the response was it gets cleaned once a WEEK!!! but they wipe the chairs and table for every session. I would have expected better especially in gold class .

Gold Class, is the way to go for that special day out you can order food and drinks brought directly to your seat which is like sitting in your loungeroom with comfortable seats and lots of leg room.

This is my first cinema experience in Australia, and I’m visiting from the USA. I am watching the first day premiere of 28 Years Later in Cinema 4. There are a total of ten moviegoers in the stadium, including me. The cinema stadium feels uncomfortably warm, like sitting in a dry sauna. The screen is small and has noticeable damage, including a tear and a stain, which I’ve marked in the attached photo. Although the sound quality is decent, the poor screen condition and lack of climate control made the experience underwhelming. On a positive note, the staff are professional and friendly. I hope the theater improves its facilities to better match the excellent customer service provided by the team.

Events Cinemas Bondi Junction is a great place for entertainment. There are movies available that suit all age groups, and occasionally you’ll find a screening of international movies as well. The facility is well looked after. The Events crew is lovely and friendly. There is the lift which is accessible for prams and wheelchairs. The only letdown is hygiene. The toilets are dirty at times, and the water taps are often broken, wasting a lot of water. I often find food debris on the carpet or inside the cinemas.
