What a game changer it has been for my son, having had his vision assessed and treated by Jacqui at Eyes In Design. Highly recommend, he was reluctant to do the exercises but is now reaping the benefits and often remarks how much difference is has made to his school life.

I had an incredible experience at this optical store! I initially went in just to get my sunglasses repaired and was warmly welcomed by the staff. Not only did they fix them quickly, but they also refused to charge me for the service—such a kind gesture! While chatting with them, they asked if I had recently had an eye check. I hadn’t, so they offered to do one on the spot. I’m so grateful they did because they discovered that I urgently needed glasses, something I hadn’t even realized. Their professionalism, expertise, and genuine care made all the difference. I can’t recommend them enough—helpful, skilled, and truly looking out for their customers. Thank you for such an amazing experience!

I had a problem with my eyes (was singing spots) And Jacquie was beyond fantastic in helping me. Had all the new and wonderful equipment at her fingertips and was exceptionally knowledgeable I would highly highly recommend if in need of somebody to help you with vision in any format

Jacquie was superb in every way. Exceptionally knowledgable considering I have a complex prescription and top class service from Jacquie and her staff. Unlike the high street opticians, access to a huge number of specialist lens manufacturers and able to provide a truly individual bespoke solution. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Couldn't fault any aspect of the whole experience. Highly recommended!

Excellent and professional service. Jacquie is a great optometrist and made me feel comfortable at our first appointment straight away. I had a very thorough routine eye exam, but felt that the time passed so quickly - everything was very smooth and explained to me in the right amount of detail for me to understand. I will definitely be coming back and don't hesitate to recommend Jacquie and Eyes InDesign to anyone looking for a wonderful optometry service.
