I only had the chance to visit three times because, unfortunately, I had to leave Sydney sooner than expected. Every time I went, the team was incredibly professional, friendly, and truly passionate about wine. From 4:00 pm, they offer a special wine tasting featuring unique wines, which is a fantastic opportunity to discover new wine regions, different styles, and exciting flavours while learning more about the world of wine. I highly recommend Fab to anyone who wants to deepen their knowledge of wine, whether you’re a complete beginner or already have some experience. It’s a welcoming place where you can learn, taste, and enjoy every visit. 🍷

Visited here couple of days ago whilst dining in the area. Was looking for a mid range Pinot noir to take for dinner. The lovely gentlemen was very helpful in making the decision easy. Gave great recommendations and flavour notes of the wine. Highly recommend checking it out. The service was great, good wine range to suit all budgets and a wine catalogue that’s a little different. Will be back in the future for sure

I stumbled upon this place while walking back from a well-known café in Surry Hills. The shop was so beautiful that I took a few photos, and later decided to visit properly when I was staying at a nearby hotel. The inside was even more lovely than it looked from the outside. Unlike most bottle shops, it had a bright, calming vibe with a beige and mint colour palette that instantly put me at ease. The owner was incredibly kind as well. Every time I asked a question about wine, he explained everything patiently and in great detail. I don’t know much about wine, so I simply shared my preferences and asked for a recommendation for an Australian wine, and it turned out to be absolutely delicious. The prices were very reasonable too. I ended up visiting twice during my three-day stay in Surry Hills. If I ever come back to Australia, this is definitely a place I’d love to visit again. Truly a memorable spot 🩵

Had an absolutely lovely experience at FAB last night, tasting wines and chatting with the guys. They were knowledgeable and friendly, without any pretentiousness. Highly recommend stopping in!

I would 100% recommend this shop . I just walk around today and i find this shop. every customers looks very enjoy wine and spirit there, that’s why i come to this shop . all staff are very professional about wine and spirit . also you can tasting variety of wine and sprit. it’s feel like i’m in winery :) you don’t missing your new wine and spirit experience👍
