Dr Natale has been my GP for over a year now and I can confidently say that he is a real treat! Extremely professional, caring, courteous and so much more. Dr Natale is so popular if you’re wanting to visit him you’ll definitely need to book at least a week in advance the o see him. Note: there is adequate parking in the front

Gentle - take time listen to patient and always keep a smile on face. Dr Natale is our best GP for nearly 10yrs even though we use less english. We all know waiting for the good doctor never waste time! Thank you Dr. Natale and the receptionist ♥️

Great doctor. The receptionist on the other hand is very rude and aggressive never does there job correctly. I got scans done on Friday and rung today to get a appointment for tomorrow to get result and was informed no I can’t see doctor tomorrow has to be wensday when my results come in on Saturday I find this wrong and very unprofessional expecially when they have to do with my health….

4th July - 2 hours of waiting after my appointment time with no regard for patient care nor years of complaints to the receptionist who puts it back on him. Here’s a thought, invest in a time management course and put your patients first. 18th July - called first to see if doc was running on time. Receptionist informed me that he was running behind 1 hour. I arrived an hour later as recommended and the receptionist tells me that regardless of what time my appointment was scheduled for that she would only take my file out when I arrived. I responded that I called to make sure I wouldn’t have to wait for hours here sick in the waiting room and she tells me that my file only gets taken out when I arrive. At not point did she say this to me! If I arrive 2 hours late for my appointment, would I be seen?? I’m on the hunt for a professional new doctor if you have an recommendations.

Dr Natale is an awesome doctor. He is very accommodating and offers first class medical services. He is the best GP I have ever had in many, many years. Sometimes the wait can be a little long despite his appointment times, but it is only because sometimes he tends to local nursing homes and also he really takes his time with all his patients to offers individual medical services and care... He is well worth the wait. I totally and thoughrougly recommend him...
