Janine, Joanne and the entire team went above and beyond to make what could have been an overwhelming time feel completely stress-free. Their compassion, attention to detail and genuine care shone through every step of the process. We were kept informed throughout, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The service was beautifully personalised, with thoughtful last-minute touches that meant so much to our family. We truly loved having Janine and Joanne by our side in the lead-up to Dad’s funeral. Their warmth, kindness and professionalism gave us so much comfort. We are incredibly grateful to Family Tree Funerals for giving Dad such a beautiful send-off. We cannot thank Janine, Vince, Joanne and the entire Family Tree Funerals team enough for the love, care, and compassion they showed our family while honouring our Nonno. The service was unlike any funeral. Every detail was so thoughtfully planned and carried out with genuine kindness, making such a difficult day feel incredibly special and deeply personal. There were so many beautiful touches that went far beyond anything we expected. Walking out to see rose petals placed at the front of Nonnos home was such a touching surprise, and receiving a blood orange tree to plant in Nonnos memory is a gift our family will cherish for years to come. One of the most unforgettable moments was at the cemetery, where Monique sang so gracefully, creating such a peaceful and heartfelt atmosphere. She then handed each of us a flower from Nonnos coffin, allowing us to share one final, personal goodbye. It was a truly beautiful gesture that none of us will ever forget. Thanks Janine and the team at Family Tree Funerals for the beautiful farewell for my dear Mother yesterday. It was a very difficult time in my life and I wanted the farewell she truely deserved. Your name came up a few times as a recommendation and I am so thankful for making that call to you the day of my mum’s passing. You delivered on everything you promised and more. I can't thank Janine and the entire team at Family Tree enough. After losing my sister so suddenly while she was overseas, we were not only dealing with the overwhelming grief of her passing and planning her funeral, but also the incredibly difficult process of repatriating her body back home. Throughout every step of the journey, Janine was there for us. She provided clarity, guidance, and unwavering support during one of the most painful times of our lives. Every recommendation she made was excellent, and it was clear from the very beginning that she genuinely cared about both our family and our beloved Vanessa. They helped us personalise every aspect of my sister's Funeral. From incorporating both Spanish and English throughout the service so that all of our family and friends could feel included, to accommodating every special touch that reflected Vanessa's life, there was never a request that was too difficult or inconvenient. In my families worst hour, I could not think of anyone more caring,, more empathetic, more loving when we needed it the most. Janine was present every step of the way, her team, incredible. Just as their name, for that week and beyond Janine has been there, checking in just as family would. I can not recommend Family Tree Funerals more, my mother was kept in Janine’s care until the day she was buried. I trusted her whole heartedly and knew that my mother was safe. This wasn’t just a business transaction, this was more. Above and beyond. Janine will always be part of our family and she was there when we needed her the worst and we will be forever grateful for her and her team for providing my mum the gateway to heaven she so gratefully deserved. From the very first call, Janine and Joanne showed an extraordinary level of care, compassion and professionalism that carried us through one of the most difficult times in our lives. They were always available to provide reassurance and patience with our questions. Nothing ever felt rushed or transactional, with every conversation feeling thoughtful, gentle and focused on making sure our family felt supported. The small, but meaningful touches stood out the most. They gifted us with a blood orange tree on the morning of the funeral, in memory of our loved one. As we drove away from the family home, rose petals were released from the top of the hearse, creating such a quiet and powerful moment of reflection and farewell. It was unexpected and incredibly moving. Every detail of the service was handled with dignity and care. We will always be grateful for the kindness, sensitivity and genuine compassion they showed our family. Thank you to the entire Family Tree team.

I honestly cannot give high enough praise to Janine, Joanne and everyone I dealt with at Family Tree. The team went above and beyond the de stress what was an incredibly difficult time. Every step of the way Janine was warm and communicative, making herself available on weekends and around the clock - and taking care of everything to arrange transport 500km so Mum could have her service in her familial church. Everyone who came to the funeral praised the service and its elegant touches in singing, flower arrangements with Ray's Floristry, and the poise and warmth of the ladies at Family Tree. And at the end of the Mass to our suprise, the ladies gave everyone a beautiful flower and scattered rose petals on the hearse. I've planted a beautiful Blood Orange, courtesy of Family Tree, in our yard to commemorate the memory of mum. Thanks again Janine and team, you've been sensational.
