Over the past 3 years and a half, i hadn't had any issue. Fruits quality has always been top notch, i prefer them from other big distribution corporation outlets. On the other hand you may also find more exotic veggies, seeds, specialized international products, and lesser known items occasionally too. yours truly, Frenchie.

Shop here regularly, at time some cashier were helpful to load your items into your bag. Some did not and yet charged the wrong price for the item.Be careful, always check your receipts but it's such a hassle to go back for price correction/refund.

I am very disappointed with the service and management of Farmer Fresh at Chatswood. Last Friday, I purchased some fruit and paid with a $50 note. I clearly remember doing so because I wanted to get some smaller change. However, the cashier gave me change as if I had paid with only $10. When I raised this issue, her attitude was very rude and dismissive. Several other staff members then gathered around and supported her, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. To resolve the matter fairly, I requested that the manager review the CCTV footage. I was told the manager was not available as it was close to closing time, and I was asked to come back on Monday. I left my phone number and was told the manager would follow up. On Monday, I did not receive any call. I went back to the store in the afternoon, only to be told that the manager had already left again. A staff member called the manager, who claimed that they had checked the balance and found no discrepancy. However, this is only their unilateral statement—I requested to see the video footage for proper verification. The manager said they would contact me on Tuesday morning (around 8–9 am), but to this day, I have sti

Farmer Fresh Chatswood feels like one of those newer neighbourhood grocers that’s trying to bring a bit of old‑school market charm into Westfield. They’ve got more than 50 years of family farming behind them, and you can see it in the way they focus on fresh, hand‑picked produce and a slightly boutique vibe. The Chatswood store only opened in May 2023, but it’s already positioned as their flagship and the fifth in their network. It sits somewhere between “premium” and “everyday”, aiming to compete with Harris Farm, Coles, and Woolies. Prices can be great, and the produce is often very fresh, though locals do mention the occasional inconsistency. It is located at Level 2 of Westfield, you can grab fruit, veg, dairy, spices, and basics without trekking outside. It’s an easy stop for commuters and families, especially with the direct access from the car parks and train station. The store blends that farm‑direct story with the convenience of a shopping centre, and it’s open 7am to 7pm most days (a bit later on Thursdays), which makes it a reliable option when you want fresher produce than the big chains but don’t want to go out of your way.

This large fresh food store offers fruits, vegetables, dairy, spices etc and is open 7 days a week. Prices are competitive as we found out today. They are cheaper than a number of other shopping centres Friendly staff and great service offered. Toilets are provided outside at the mall. Parking is available at the Westfield car parks with 2 or 3 hours free parking depending on how close to the mall you park.
