We used Ferrari Constructions for a major renovation of our Fairlight home and are really happy with the result. Our main goal was to create more space for our family without losing the backyard, and adding a second storey ended up being the perfect solution. The project also included a brand new kitchen, bathrooms and a big rework of the existing house. The difference is incredible — the home feels so much bigger, brighter and far more functional, while keeping the outdoor space we wanted. Dave and the team were great to deal with throughout the whole build. Communication was always clear, the team were reliable and hardworking, and there was always good progress happening on site. Nothing ever felt too hard and any issues that came up were handled calmly and professionally. The quality of the work really stands out and we’re especially happy with how well the new upstairs blends with the original house. It feels like the home was always meant to be this way. We engaged Ferrari Constructions for a major renovation of our original 1940s brick home and we couldn’t be happier with the result. The project was a big one — adding a second storey, completely redoing the front façade, replacing the roof and essentially transforming the whole house into a much more modern, light-filled family home. What used to feel dark and dated now feels open, bright and really practical for family living. From the start, Dave, Nik and the team were easy to deal with and really accommodating to us still living in the home. Renovating an older house came with a few surprises along the way, but nothing ever felt like too much of a problem. Dave was always calm, honest and good at explaining options and helping us make decisions and design improvements without any pressure. The quality of the work is excellent and you can tell they genuinely care about doing things properly, not just getting the job finished quickly. Ferrari Constructions — exceptional people, exceptional care, and a home we truly love We worked with Dave Ferrari and the Ferrari Constructions team on a major renovation of our home in Palm Beach, and now that we’re on the other side of it, we genuinely look back on the experience with a lot of gratitude. Anyone who’s been through a big build knows it can easily become stressful and overwhelming. What stood out for us was how supported, informed, and confident we felt throughout the entire process — and that really comes down to Dave, his leadership, and the team he’s built around him. The quality of the work is outstanding. Everything was done properly, with care and attention, and with a clear focus on building something solid and lasting — not just something that looks good at the end. You can feel the difference in the finished home. It’s thoughtful, well executed, and built with real pride. Communication was consistently excellent. We appointed David and his team to do a small but complicated upgrade to our home . Ferrari Constructions are the 3rd builders I have used and they have been the most impressive by a long way . David is flexible, communicates well , is transparent,punctual, efficient,I can go on.. . His team led by Nick were accomodating ,always advising ahead of what would happen the following day, worked every day ,cleaned up ... Ferrari made the task so much easier than I expected and it looks fantastic. Needless to say I would use them again and recommend them to anyone . Thanks David and Team !

We purchased a very run down beach house and engaged Ferrari Constructions to do a total renovation. We could not be happier with the quality of their work. During the renovation many challenges arose from lack of solid foundations of the old house to major water problems. They managed all of the challenges without any problems. They also worked in partnership on all the details of the renovation. We now have a 4 bedroom house with wonderful patio and balcony which is just perfect. The Ferrari team were all delightful. If you need a construction big or small you could not do better than choose Ferrari Constructions. Thank you David and the team for your fabulous work during a difficult 2020.
