very disappointing. I booked my flight from delhi to sydney via kualalumpur with a stay of 2:30 hours but later they changed it to 14 hours and when i cancelled it they told me to wait 14 weeks for refund and then i booked another flight at the end it costs me $3000 for a flight. and waiting of 14 weeks for my money.and they just said sorry. and during booking they were like i own the plane.

Excellent staff, extremely helpful & friendly. I have to say, many thanks to Manish Kumar, OMG he was a life saver. Booking for 6 Adults & 3 kids was so doorting. But he made it look so easy & took the headache away. Everything went smoothly. I would highly recommend using Flight centre in a heart beat. Thank you Manish, we got to have our White Christmas.
