Very rude customer service! Although I thought the lady who talk to me is Taiwanese. She has discrimination to Taiwanese. The lady said before I hang up, "All Taiwanese are trouble makers and they always have problems." She thought I won't hear that. Broker firms like this SHXT are everywhere and I have lots of options. Wish you bankrupted soon! Nobody should do business with this kind of rubbish company forever. I will give zero star if I can.
