I had a wonderful experience at Fluency Hub Sydney. When I first started, I wasn’t confident speaking English, but the teachers were always patient, supportive, and encouraging. The classes were interactive and helped me improve my speaking and listening skills. The staff was always friendly and willing to help whenever I needed anything. I also met amazing people from different countries, which made learning even more enjoyable. I’m very grateful for everything I learned and would definitely recommend Fluency Hub to anyone looking for a welcoming and professional English school in Sydney.

I would definitely recommend this school. It’s conveniently located near the train station, which makes it very easy to get there. The classes are dynamic and engaging, the teachers are great, and the staff is always willing to help and support students whenever needed. Overall, it’s a great learning environment.

Since I arrived at Fluency, I have absolutely loved the classes, the team, and the teachers. The lessons are very interactive and include exclusive games created by the school based on the topics we are studying. Everything is designed in a way that helps us truly learn in a light and enjoyable way. Also, the teachers (even the ones who are not my classroom teachers) are always willing to help and answer questions. One point that I think is very important is the variety of nationalities at the school, which gives us a real international experience. I also love that the school has a space with sofas and a kitchen, so everyone can take a break between work and class. I definitely recommend it without hesitation.

If you are looking for a real review from someone who actually studied at Fluency Hub and are unsure whether to enroll or not, my advice is simple: do not study here. If you are choosing between this school and any other option, choose the other one. Below are my reasons. My negative experience is not limited to repeated situations of disrespect and intimidation from other students, although that alone was already extremely distressing. The larger issue lies in the school’s structure, staff conduct, and the way students are treated when serious situations arise. Throughout my time there, I reported concerns multiple times, sent emails, and actively sought guidance and support from the administration. I also provided evidence of what was happening, including videos and accounts from witnesses who were willing to speak and did speak with the school. Despite this, no effective action was taken. Unfortunately, the attitude of many staff members felt unprofessional, unprepared, and lacking empathy. I often felt ignored or treated as an inconvenience rather than a student seeking legitimate help. The actions taken were superficial and ineffective. At one point, the solution offered was

Fluency Hub was a wonderful surprise for me. From the very first day, I felt how welcoming and committed the school is to each student’s learning. The teachers are truly fantastic — knowledgeable, patient, and highly skilled. Learning English has become much easier and more enjoyable. Another highlight that really impressed me is the fully digital learning material. It allows me to study anytime and anywhere, with interactive exercises, pronunciation practice, and even speaking activities directly on my phone. This makes a huge difference for anyone who needs flexibility. The Fluency Hub team is amazing — always supportive, friendly, and ready to help. I’m very happy with my choice and highly recommend this school!
