Recently went to this store because my IPhone 13 was running out of battery charge halfway through the day. I was pleasantly surprised to learn you could replace the battery. This only took one hour, no problem just wonderful kind service with a smile and a very reasonable price. Thank you. Highly recommend this business.

Came to get a s21 screen fixed, the back was damaged as well (which we showed to the shop). Since it is an older phone, we asked the repair price first so we know if it is worth it or not. The seller gave us a quote of about 350$ which was barely the price of the same phone used, so we changed it. But when we came back, he had changed the back too, and charged us 100$ extra. If we knew, we would just have changed the phone. When confronted, the man said "Do you wnat me to put the broken parts back?". Anyway, at least he did a bad job. There is dust on the front camera, the top of the screen had dark pixels only a few weeks in, and now not even 6 months later there is a pink line across the whole screen. It's a shame because I've used their service before and was served by a different man, and it was great. But the other guy is bad both with customers and with phones. So, good shop but make sure that you're being served by the long-bearded man. If not, come back later.

Would not recommend this repair shop. I took my iPhone in after smashing the screen and was charged a very high price for what I later found out was a cheap LCD replacement. The screen never properly fit the phone from the start and within just one month it completely failed. I’ve since had the phone repaired properly elsewhere and the difference in quality is obvious. Really disappointed with the workmanship, pricing and lack of ethics. Don’t risk it you’ll be completely scammed.

Amazing service at Fone Galaxy Manly! They was incredibly kind and helpful when my wife Janaína’s phone completely died while we were walking around Sydney. He let us leave the phone charging in the store while we explored the area, and when we came back it was fully charged and ready to go. Genuine customer service, very trustworthy and professional. Had a fantastic experience at Fone Galaxy Manly today. They went above and beyond to help me to fix my phone while I was out walking around Manly. His service made a huge difference for me as I was worried about having my phone working during the rest of my trip. Super friendly service, welcoming and reliable atmosphere.
