Fortis Recruitment Agency has, without a doubt, been the best nursing agency I have worked for. I have been working across Regional WACHS sites as a Registered Nurse with Fortis since early 2025 - my consultant Charlotte is great at assisting me to organize work that suits my schedule and needs. I have had nothing but positive experiences with Fortis - any interaction I’ve had with a Fortis staff member be it from Payroll or another department - it has all been incredibly easy, onboarding was swift, the payroll system & timesheets are easy/online/no fuss, paid weekly & always on time. My contracts for each site are clearly defined & there are safety check in’s with me when I arrive to a new contract. Highly recommend this agency!

My wife and I have been with Fortis recruitment for about 12 months now. And they completely have re-invigorated our love for the agency nursing life! ⸻ As a mental health nurse, I switched to Fortis a year ago after being unhappy with my previous agency. The onboarding process with Fortis was smooth, and I was kept well informed throughout. Communication has always been excellent — Jake responds promptly to any questions or queries and regularly checks in to see how things are going. The accounts department has also been very helpful and responsive, and the online payslips are easy to use. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend Fortis to any nurse looking for a great agency.

I started agency nursing with Fortis in May this year. I looked around at different agencies before settling with Fortis. Jake is amazing and has been from day 1. The company are very very professional and do the best job at organising great contracts in some beautiful locations. Jake is always on the ball with the latest contracts and pay rates are super competative. Communication is so easy and effortless, Flights are paid for or reimbursed. All the accommodation I have stayed at are perfect for the length of my contracts. Some accommodation is a house share and I have also had my own unit on one placement. I have referred friends to Fortis and they have made the swap to this agency. I can 100% say I won't be changing Agencies while doing travel nursing :) 10/10
