I got my car washed at Waterloo today and really impressed with the car wash service here! The team was friendly, efficient, and paid great attention to detail. My car looks spotless inside and outside. The pricing is fair for the quality you get. Definitely coming back and would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable wash 👍

I took my car to this place last week for a deep clean after battling ants infestation that had many dead ants in the car (It was a nightmare!) and this team did the most wonderful job I’ve seen. My car is far from new and I’ve had it for 5 years but the clean and polish was so good that gave me the feeling that there was still a lot of life in it. Now, every time I jump in it steals a little smile. Thank you so much, can’t wait to be back.

Best car wash I’ve had in Sydney, and the cheapest. Needed a quick wash, not a detailing. I’ve had my prior cars damaged at other cleaners in the past, and mentioned to Gem that I was just getting a quick clean before selling the car later in the day. They turned it around quickly, took great care for the cheaper clean they have (premium for inside and out) with no damage or issues. Would go back and use them regularly if I wasn’t moving overseas.

Beyond happy with my recent car wash by the guys at Gem Waterloo. I had the platinum wash. My car hadn’t been cleaned internally for 2-3 years. It was filthy. There was crud on the buttons, indicators etc and this was all cleaned back to like new. The amour on the doors made them look amazing. My boot was covered in sand and dirt and so were the floors and they all came up amazing. It was like driving a new car again. Very thankful for their service and highly recommend having this done. Wish I’d taken before photos to see the difference. Thanks again. Will make sure I get this done again and wont leave it so long in between washes.

This is by far the best car wash I've ever been to!!! Forget all the other competitors. If you want a service that goes through full detail of your car, above and beyond, then go to these guys. They'll validate your parking as it's located inside the Meriton apartments with a shopping complex nearby where you can grab some food while you wait. But back to the service—Sam and his team provide the most outstanding and excellent five-star car wash my car has ever received. I'll only be going back to these boys. Thank you, Sam.
