We had a fully ducted large system installed 5 years ago and have had consistent breakdowns throughout. All call backs to fix has resulted in no written responses or paperwork to say what exactly they did to fix the problems and the ‘fix’ has not lasted. I do not recommend using this company. I am extremely disappointed in their consistent incompetence and absence of professionalism. I have just had contact from Geminaire Admin and will update this review based on satisfactory resolutions being agreed to regarding this outstanding matter.

I was sceptical at first trying these guy out as it was my first time but after looking at reviews and hearing so many good things about them through community pages, I had to try them out! Honestly from customer service all the way to installation, the team at Geminair were transparent, fair and professional! Going forward with any Air condition requirement, I will be using them as well as telling family and friend! Thank you so much to the team at Geminair

I had Geminair install a Mitsubishi ducted air con system. John the gentleman who came to do the quote was excellent and very knowledgeable about what system was required for my home and what I didn't need. After excepting the quote, the Geminair team contacted me straight away to ensure I was happy to proceed ASAP. The install team arrived on time and were extremely professional, well mannered and happy to answer any questions and provide the best service they could. They completed the job quicker than stated and also solved a problem we may have had with the install without causing any issues at all. I was extremely impressed with the whole experience and have no hesitations in recommending them to anyone who may be in the market for air conditioning. I will review the actual Mitsubishi System after its been running for a while. Thanks Guys 3 years on and it runs like a dream. Thanks again guys

Geminair had installed ducted air conditioning system at my home last week. The initial quote was done by Jesse and then I was directly in touch with Jesse and James, the director throughout the installation process. The installation was performed by his superb team of Jay, Damo, Christian and Jett. All of them were wonderful to work with and took great care in ensuring that they end up with one happy customer. I was even called multiple times after the installation to ensure that things are fine. The overall experience was great and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a quality product installed with exceptional customer service.

Led by James, Geminair are professional, efficient and friendly. Superb customer service and competitively priced, they quoted and installed just before Christmas and in the middle of a heatwave. Their work was of a very high standard, completed in less than one day (full house ducting) and they even cleaned up after themselves! A pleasure to deal with from beginning to end - you can’t go wrong.
