Most of the styles you see in store are hand-printed by our own team of printers. The flexibility of having access to printing ourselves instead of outsourcing overseas allows us to print to order, & therefore we donβt overproduce styles that wonβt sell. We strive to be sustainable where wastage is limited. Visit our Manly store to shop all new arrivals.

Went there yesterday. I only had 2 staff members acknowledge me, the person who served me at the counter was lovely but everyone else was just busy chatting. I would stand next to the staff members clearly trying to manoeuvre around them to grab clothes but they didnβt move, just standing there chatting. The same thing happened with my bf, he would try to look at clothes but staff were just standing there chatting. We would have bought more stuff if we actually could look at it, pretty gutted as Iβm from overseas as was excited to come back to get a bunch of stuff. I work in retail so I understand, I donβt care if staff are chatting but when customers are clearly interested in trying and buying clothes, at least move out of the way and say hi to them

Purchased 5 items and one was not the right size. Took it back to see if I can get refund. There is no refund policy in this store!! Be carful when you buy a product. Even when it is faulty they have to call the manager to provide refund. Also no gift receipt available.

Very disappointing and misleading experience. The item was tagged at $34 with a $5 discount, but I was charged $40. This kind of incorrect pricing is unacceptable. When I questioned it, the staff were rude and dismissive, saying the discount only applied when buying two items β which was not clearly stated anywhere. Between the inaccurate pricing and poor attitude, this felt unprofessional and not trustworthy. I wonβt be returning.

Misleading advertising and poor customer service Visited the Manly Corso store today and left genuinely frustrated. The store had "$10 off" signs plastered everywhere, but the catch β that you need to buy two items β was only in fine print. I was in a rush, didn't catch it, and only realised I'd been overcharged after paying. When I asked for a refund, I was told it wasn't possible and was offered store credit only. This is completely unacceptable when the confusion was caused by their own unclear signage. The items weren't on final sale β there is no good reason a refund should be refused in this situation. To make it worse, the staff at the register were dismissive and showed zero interest in helping resolve the issue. No empathy, no effort. Ghanda, your promotional signage is misleading and your refund policy is not good enough. I'll be escalating this to NSW Fair Trading if it's not resolved. Would not recommend this store.

Staff were very unprofessional and rude, two girls stood in the corner of the store gossiping about their night out before and ignoring customers when needing help. Cashier (Italian man) was rude also, had no idea how to pack clothes into a bag for me, left the security tag on my girlfriends pants, didnβt realise it was still on until we go back to our hotel (in the CBD). Awful experience in general, management need to do something about your god awful staff.
