I couldn't be happier with the service from start to finish. The team handled our move from our home into storage, then from storage into our new home with great care, professionalism, and efficiency. They were punctual, friendly, and made what could have been a stressful experience so much easier. They also went above and beyond when our lounge wouldn't fit through the front door of our new home. Instead of giving up, they worked together to find a solution and safely got it inside without damaging the furniture or the house. Nothing was too much trouble, and their positive attitude and hard work really stood out. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, professional removalists. Thank you for making our move such a smooth experience!

Does a good job, reliable, professional and friendly. When they assess the job they gave useful suggestions. They take good care of things that can get scrathed or damaged during moving. I used then in 2022 and again in 2026. I feel that the service provided was better this time even by their superior standards. I would recommend them and would not hestitate to engage with them again, if needed. Keep up the good work. Boys !

Able to book me in within 24hrs before my move due to my original movers pulling out. Whole team were really responsive & friendly. Workers that came out were so fast I couldn’t believe how quickly they got everything out of the apartment & into my new place. Was a great price for the service received. Will absolutely be using these guys again & recommending to friends.

I can’t even describe how happy I am with the service. This is my very first move with movers and I was a bit nervous and hesitant with how many things could be loaded into the truck. They were reassuring and I got to add more last-minute stuff into the truck. The way they move, wrap, communicate, if I could give 10🌟, I would. Thank you for being there from the first day with your prompt reply to my last day with your top-notch service.

We had a first class experience with Gold Line. Outstanding customer service and care with our goods. The staff worked like troopers the whole day and every time we were faced with a complex situation they worked out a solution. I’m still amazed they managed to get our queen bed out of our first story flat and into the upstairs of our new house! All of this for a very reasonable price!
