About Golden Len Chinese Restaurant

Located at 130 Elizabeth Dr, Liverpool NSW 2170, Golden Len Chinese Restaurant operates as an asian restaurant serving Liverpool in New South Wales. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

For a place to eat or drink, the questions that matter most are simple: is it open now, is it busy at peak hours, and does the menu suit the group you are bringing. Australian cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon, while restaurants and pubs run lunch and dinner services with a quiet spell in between, so an off-peak visit is worth a quick call. Card and tap-to-pay are accepted almost everywhere; some venues add a surcharge on weekends and public holidays.

Opening hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 11:30 am–3 pm. Hours in Australia do change around public holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. You can reach Golden Len Chinese Restaurant on (02) 9601 8552; calling is usually the quickest way to ask about availability, prices or directions.

With 3.8 out of 5 on Google from 160 reviews, it sits in the middle of the range for asian restaurants in Liverpool. Recent reviews are the best guide.

Liverpool is in New South Wales, on Australia's east coast, where summers are warm and humid, winters are mild and businesses keep to standard hours year-round with the usual public-holiday changes. Australian addresses list the street number, suburb, state abbreviation and postcode, and Liverpool follows the same pattern; a number like 2/411 means unit 2 at number 411. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Craving Chinese food today and this place really hit the spot! It's classic Australian Chinese food that I remember having when I was growing up. Must try the Mongolian beef and spring rolls, so good! Will be back!

Food is mediocre and never seems to come out hot off the stove. It's like they warmed the food up in microwave. Must be pre- prepared because the dishes come out pretty quickly. Very saucy, lots of vegetables and very little meat.

The owner Wendy is a lovely lady, I had the pleasure of meeting her for the first time today. The food was lovely, everything was fresh made on site including their amazing chilli sauce. For entrees, we ordered sesame prawn toast. It was lovely and had actual prawns in it nice, fresh and thick layer of prawns on the toast, better than other restaurants where it is just a little paste. We also got a bowl of chicken sweet corn soup which is a good serving size and also very enjoyable. For mains, we had chilli chicken and garlic chicken with vegetables. The garlic chicken with vegetables was a standout dish. The chilli chicken was a little sweet and we were advised to get the Szechuan chicken next time for a less sweet chilli dish, so we will definitely do that next time but it was still a lovely dish. For dessert we had fried ice cream with strawberry and caramel toppings and it was a really yummy way to end our dinner. Thank you Wendy for your company and thank you to your husband the chef for such lovely food. We will definitely be back againπŸ™πŸΏπŸ₯°

Had the salt and pepper tofu, combination chop suay and rainbow beef. The rainbow beef was ok, however I would have preferred it to be more crispy with more defined strips of beef, the chop suay was standard (tasted like a very basic stir fry, not too many veggies). The salt and pepper tofu would have been nicer if a more firm tofu was used. The seasoning was quite light also. The batter was nice and crunchy though. The rice was a tad mushy. Customer service was amazing, very welcoming and helpful. Flat credit card surcharge of $1 per transaction. Portion size wasnt that great (perfect for two people, definitely not for a family unless you want one spoon each and have ordered a multitude of other dishes).

Discovered a new local. The menu is very much the old school Chinese Australian cuisine. Each dish is great in its own way. One of the better of these kinds of restaurants. Will be making this our local.
