Staff are not overly friendly or helpful + english was very limited. Was told today I now need a password to use a gong cha gift card (one that I've now used multiple times) but not told how to make a password for my gift card?

my go-to boba spot. they’re always quick with orders and i’ve never had any issues with my drinks. the only downside is that they run out of black pearls pretty often but other than that no complaints

10/10 service and 20/10 legends anni & john they make my tea exactly the way my soul want it. even 10 mins out befor closing and this when most places are checked out and there’s 1 drink miraculously left on the menu, I thought id ask if they could make me a choc waffle I was ready for them to say “sorry machine broken” butnah these 2 really said we got your back and plus with no side eye. exceptional service if u need job lmk

I ordered 3 Milk tea. It was too bad White in colour not much taste and pearl was so hard. Wasted my money.

1 star because the guy who made my tea didn't wipe the foam/bubbles off the top and this should make you notice its an issue and affects the aftertaste of the tea.
