It is my second time to this shop，the store manager is so nice and they are very friendly customer service. I recommend bubble milk tea. It is a taiwaness brand，deserve to have a drink.

I really love Gong Cha. The customer service is excellent,the staff is always very friendly and welcoming. The store is always clean, and the wait time for drinks is never long. I highly recommend this place; it’s truly excellent.

I had a disappointing experience at the Bondi Gongcha today. I ordered my usual drink with no ice, but it was served with several pieces of ice. I politely mentioned it, the staff member responded with attitude, saying “just 3 pieces of ice is not ok with you?” I explained that I simply don’t like ice melting into my drink, which is why I requested none. Instead of fixing it, she gave me a lecture about how they must put ice in drinks to keep the milk fresh, I’ve never heard of in any Gongcha store before. It wasn’t about the small mistake, but more about how unwilling she was to take responsibility and how dismissive her tone was. I’ve been served by other staff at this location before and always had great service, so this was disappointing. Hopefully she receives some proper training on customer service soon.

I must take the time to leave this review. This is for BRIAN. He’s worked at this location for a while and I’ve told him every time I’d leave him a review because his customer service is consistently Spot On. From what I’ve witnessed and experienced, Brian is friendly, patient (as customers can be indecisive— myself included) and absolutely professional. If recent enough, he’ll even remember your order! Today I forgot to say 1/2 ice but he knew to put it in my order! What?! I stopped going to the George st location because Brian would remember me and make me feel welcome, offering suggestions if asked. This guy is truly a gem. He’s great with everyone— even kids. If I ever require Brian’s skills, I’ll return and offer him a job immediately. He makes Sydney a warmer place. Thanks for your friendly service Brian!
