⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ali did an incredible job cleaning my car! The car was in a really bad state with heavy mud stains and vomit, but Ali completely transformed it and made it look spotless again. His attention to detail, hard work, and professionalism were amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure every area was cleaned properly. I’m honestly so impressed with the result. The car looks and smells fresh again. Highly recommend Ali for his amazing service! Will definitely be visiting Green and Gold carwash every single time.

Very disappointed with the quality of the wash and polish. Paid $100 and still left there with marks that had “damaged “ my bonnet and advised I will need to replace my rego plate. After I got home all these marks were easily removed with car polish and methylated spirits. Pathetic and a total rip off!!!

I've taken a motorhome and caravan to get washed before but I checked with Ali before I brought it down and he said yes. I bought it down n was on the phone. Apparently Ali took the curve in the washbay tight and was struggling. I didn't realise he had let a customer drive my car, this customer jackniffed my van breaking my taillight assembly and my bumper. What disappointed me was no one said anything. I thought the customer was a worker and didn't realised he had jackniffed it. They washed the van and was prepared to let me leave only I saw the damage!! It was when Ali came back to the premises that I found out the fellow was a customer. They have now lost my business which probably won't phase them but it wasn't the damage it was the lies!!

Was looking to get my car washed after having it for 10 months. It looked brand new again. The service was amazing, I got there with a few cars in front so did have bit of a wait but the car was 11/10 when they were finished 🤩

I dropped my car off here at 8am (because I work down the road) and was told to come back around lunchtime. Came at 11:50am and Car still wasn't done and then waited until 12:20pm. I paid for the deluxe hand and Wash. I explained in the morning how I needed the main focus to be on the inside as it was quite dirty. I was told about leather detailing when paying, thinking it was just something i could come and get done to bring the leather back to life a bit, not that my leather wasnt cleaned. When getting back into the car, none of my seats were wiped down and I had to stand there and do it myself as well as wipe quite a few other things. I had taken my sons car seat out so it could get a really good clean underneath and all they did was a mediocre job of vacuuming the seat. For $89 and having my car for over 4 hours, I'm definitely not impressed and won't be returning.
