After multiple visits over a month, I cannot speak highly of every single staff member including the reception, nursing and Dr’s at the practice for their love, care and dedication to Poppys health. They have been very thorough from the day I brought her in with concerns and have been supportive to me as a pet owner in making sure my cat is 100% healthy. We still have a way to go with Poppy, but the trust I have in this vet practice and brand is next to none. Poppy is also super comfortable with everyone and is happy as she can be after her visits. The healthy pets plus membership has also paid itself 10 fold in the benefits. Did surgical extractions at north parramatta green cross !!!!!!!!!!!! 😍😍😍😍😍The specialist was recommended, but I decided to trust the team at North Parramatta Green Cross because they have always been professional and caring. As you can see from the X-rays and photos, my dog’s dental condition was quite challenging. The surgery carried a risk of a jaw fracture because her jawbone had become weakened. However, the vet explained that whether the tooth was extracted or left untreated, there was still a significant risk of a jaw fracture. If the tooth was left in place, the severe periodontal disease would continue to destroy the jawbone over time, making a fracture more likely in the future. After discussing the risks, I decided to trust the veterinarian and proceed with the extraction, even knowing that a fracture was a possibility. Today, the surgery was completed successfully. The tooth was extracted, her jawbone remained intact, and there were no complications. After coming home, my dog was even able to eat her food enthusiastically. 🥹🥹🥹 For reference, my dog is 15 years old, so I was naturally very worried before the procedure. I want to give a huge shout-out to Dr Charlotte, Dr Mei, and all the nurses who took such great care of my silly cat. They were incredibly caring, patient, and informative throughout the whole process. They explained everything clearly, kept me updated, and also helped provide all the information needed for my pet insurance claim. Thank you for looking after my cat with so much kindness and professionalism. I highly recommend Greencross Vet North Parramatta!

I had such a fantastic experience with Greencross in North Parramatta. They showed genuine affection and care for my pet.. something I didn’t feel with my previous vet. I received results through a call the day of & a courtesy checkup message the day after which I really appreciate. Greencross really got down to the nitty gritty, treating my pet and made sure I was getting my money’s worth as we know our pets healths can costs us a fortune. They were super informative and kept me in the loop the whole time. Both the vet techs and reception staff were so endearing and clearly care about what they do. I also joined the Healthy Pets Plus membership, which saved me over $300 in just one visit. It included a free annual health check and consultation, plus discounts on medication and other services.
