The receptionist was only semi motivated at most. The room was okay, I guess. A bit dingy with a lack of care, fading paint etc. The bed did not have proper sheets on the bottom and the blanket was way too big for it. The hot water didn't work for the shower but to their credit the other receptionist did offer a substitute room to have said shower. The TV worked and had (unreliable) wifi and Netflix, of course you had to use your own account there. Cornflakes, toast, juice etc for free brekky in the morn. Overall, it's okay. About what you'd expect for the price, but more care and attention would go a long way here.

Lumpy bed sinking on one side, mite infested blanket, greyish bedsheets with a bit of debris on it , hair on pillow, very thin walls waking one up a few times during the night.

The shower in my room...17.... needs an update. I'm not a tall person... but I felt I needed to kneel just so I could wash my hair. And the 'continental breakfast' provided was the saddest spread I've ever experienced. But it is super close the hospital...5 min walk. Which saved me a tonne in parking.
