I do not normally write reviews, but I felt I needed to write this one. My husband and I were having dinner in the lower food court when we witnessed something that truly touched us. There was an older homeless gentleman looking through the bins for food. A young man around 25 to 30 years old, possibly Indian ethnicity and wearing gold glasses, noticed him and quietly went and bought him a sandwich and drink. I believe he works at this jewellry store, as I have seen him in there before while walking past, although I do not know his name. I am 77 years old and have lived in Australia my entire life, and in all my years I have rarely seen such compassion from a stranger. I do not know much about the jewellry this business sells but they clearly employ people with good hearts. Thank you for reminding us that kindness still exists in this world.

Exceptional service from Ravin. He went above and beyond to help us choose the perfect Rado Florence watch for a birthday gift. He showed us multiple designs, explained everything clearly, and made sure we understood what made each piece special. Superb customer service!👏 I ordered my Tissot PR 100 Sport Chic online and had it shipped to Gregory Jewellers Blacktown. All the staff were very friendly, especially Ravin, who took the effort to adjust my watch bracelet and carefully pack my order. Yeah, they adjust it according to your size — free of charge. I love my new watch and my experience at Gregory Jewellers.❤️ Looking forward to buying from them again.👌
