π¨ Response to the Business Reply β Clarification Needed π¨ I felt I needed to clarify the facts, as the business response is misleading and does not address the actual safety issue. It gives an impression that the incident was unrelated to the premises, which is not an accurate reflection of what happened. πΉ The business has repeatedly referred to CCTV footage, but I encourage them to review it carefully. The footage shows that my puppy and I were already inside the entrance area of the shop with the shop door closed behind us. WE WERE ON THEIR PERMISES WHEN THE OTHER DOG ATTACKED MY PUPPY!! β οΈ The key issue was the unsafe decorative barrier with large gaps. This was a preventable safety issue. The fact that additional barriers were installed after the incident confirms that improvements were needed. π What was most disappointing was the way the matter was handled afterwards. Instead of accepting responsibility, apologising, and showing genuine concern, I was directed to contact the other dog's owner. I was also asked to provide the veterinary invoice for reimbursement, which I submitted, but no reimbursement was provided! πΎ My experience has been extremely disappointing, and I

Really loved the groom for our cavoodle here. It was exactly what we wanted! He's an anxious dog and I could tell they were very patient and gentle with him. He came out looking really happy! Thank you!
