I attended the 6am Vinyasa Krama class with Tuany, and it was the perfect way to start the day. The studio has such a cosy, welcoming atmosphere, and Tuany's calm, soothing guidance made the practice both grounding and uplifting. I left feeling refreshed, centred, and ready for the day ahead.

Bona-fide yoga studio. After searching through multiple studios offering ‘yoga’ classes but simply delivering a sub standard pilates-like experience on a mat, I found Grow ‘N Flow who deliver a holistic yoga experience for everyone at all stages of their yoga journey.

Grown Flow Yoga is a total hidden gem. Walking in here after a massive, stressful week is a lifesaver. Nat has created a genuinely welcoming, down to earth space in Carlton. It is a very inclusive space with great teachers, and the students are so kind and welcoming. The environment is always clean, comfortable and calming, making it the perfect spot to just show up, stretch out, and unwind. If you are in the St George area and looking for local yoga classes that focus on community and leaving feeling better than you arrived, I highly recommend this studio. It is a beautiful local sanctuary
