Let me give a big shout out to old mate that’s been there for a long time as he drove 51/2 hours to get me at Holbrook as 3pm pick up and bam 💥 awesome guy very fast and professional from hook up to finish a true champion and to the team and the lady on the phone but once sorted we are gone thank you so much highly recommend this company hay . We had a lay over at Marulan 🤫😂😂for a little bit saved the day super happy with the outcome cheers Peter KEB

So I ran out of Petrol on my 97 Yamaha virago this afternoon on the northern road halfway between Penrith and Luddenham, lovely lady pulled over and offered to help. Her husband came with a jerrycan big enough to fill a 79’ Land Cruiser and just made my day. I asked for his phone number to pay for the petrol he gave me and he put up his hand with a smile. Such an happy bloke and an awesome man. Would recommend to anybody stuck on the side of the road like I was.

A massive thank you to Mick and Josh from GRS Towing for their truly outstanding service. I broke down late at night in Gerringong, and despite the distance, Josh drove all the way from Glenorie and arrived exactly when Mick said he would spot on, no delays. From start to finish, the experience was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine customer focus. Mick’s communication was clear, calm, and reassuring during a stressful time, and Josh was incredibly courteous and skilled. The way he managed the vehicle gave me complete peace of mind. You can genuinely tell these guys care about doing the job right and looking after people. I couldn’t recommend GRS Towing more highly honest, reliable, and absolutely first-class. I rarely take the time to leave Google reviews but I absolutely had to after my experience today! Fantastic company to work with, nothing is a problem. A MASSIVE shoutout to Tim for doing a fantastic job this morning and being patient and methodical. Tricky job moving a very large very expensive toolbox that I really struggled finding anyone to help me with (even towing companies that I have been dealing with for many years. I will be recommending GRS to everyone!
