Shea and Viktor did an excellent job completing the roof repairs that we had been wanting to address since moving into the property over two years ago. Shea was able to successfully repair the fallen soffit, resolving an issue that had been a longstanding concern for us. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. The replacement timber/colorbond flashing was installed neatly, and the paint finish matched perfectly, resulting in a seamless and professional outcome. They worked efficiently and completed the project in a timely manner without compromising on quality. Communication throughout the process was excellent. Shea was responsive, approachable, and took the time to answer questions, including responding to my somewhat panicked SMS late in the day, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, we are very pleased with the result and would not hesitate to recommend their services.

Shea did a great job on our roof replacing broken tiles, repointing the roof, 3 x new valleys, replacing a broken roof batten and installed new flashing. We also elected to have the terracotta tiled roof cleaned as well. Its like a total roof restoration and our roof looks fantastic from the street and importantly no more leaks. Shea is thorough and diligent in his work cleaned up afterwards with no mess left behind. I highly recommend Gryphon Roofing for your roofing needs.

I'm highly satisfied with Shea's excellent roof repairs on our house. Apart from a great outcome, I particularly valued Shea's specific, practical suggestions on how the repair work could be approached. This same approach was not suggested by an alternative roofer from whom I sourced a quote. Additionally, Shea's quote was significantly lower than the other other roofer's quote.
