I really appreciate you Jai! I had such a wonderful service done today with her & she really took her time to explain which products she used and what is beneficial for my hair. I went from dead, dry hair to the smoothest, softest and healthiest hair I’ve had in a long time! 🩵🩵 Give her a raise!!!!

Wow is all I can say. I had Nina do my hair extensions and she did such an amazing job! I have had thin hair all my life so this is the best decision I have ever made. She is so patient and it is clear she cares about her work. I really appreciate the time she gave me to do this! Thank you so much to Nina and the team, I will be returning for sure 😊

Sharing my honest review one week after getting my hair done ✨ I went in for a balayage with soft waves, based on my inspo picture, and NINA absolutely nailed it. She matched both the colour and the cut perfectly, and made the entire experience feel so warm and welcoming. One of my favourite parts—she covered the mirror and did a full reveal at the end!! Such a small touch, but it made the moment feel really special. No surprise she has over 20 years of experience-she truly knows what she’s doing. I’ve had some not-so-great experiences with hair colouring in the past, so I really wanted to get this done right, even if it meant paying more. It was definitely on the pricier side, but honestly, so worth it. It did take me a little time to get used to seeing myself with this new colour (my first balayage!), but since stepping out of the salon, I’ve been getting nonstop compliments on how beautifully blended it is and how well it suits my skin tone. I’ve been to the parramatta branch before, with only positive experiences, so when I saw a store opened in Blacktown, I booked my fix-up balayage and blow dry there.I had Nina and she worked a miracle on my bad colour and hair cut (done at a different hair salon ). She understood exactly what I meant in colour, blend and style. Took her time in achieving exactly what I needed unlike the previous salon that had rushed and misunderstood requirements. I LOVE the new look and it looks so much better than before. So worth the price.
