One of the most unacceptable parts of my experience was having an unknown member of staff join a phone conversation about my private tax affairs without my knowledge or permission. My personal financial information was discussed in front of someone I had never authorized to be involved. This showed a complete lack of respect for client confidentiality and professionalism. I found it extremely inappropriate and concerning.

Very disappointed with Hola Tax and Accounting. My taxes were not filed properly, which caused me multiple problems and a lot of unnecessary stress. I trusted them to handle my tax return correctly, but their mistakes left me dealing with the consequences. Poor service, lack of attention to detail, and an overall frustrating experience. I would not recommend them.

I had a very disappointing experience with Halo Tax. I provided all requested documents, however my tax return was delayed for approximately 1.4 years due to ongoing repeated disputes about my hobby income classification, despite me clearly explaining my position multiple times. The same information and work had to be resubmitted repeatedly, which caused enormous stress and financial uncertainty. During this time, I was left dealing with ATO debt collection pressure and eventually debt collectors became involved while my matter was still unresolved. I also urgently needed my tax return completed in 2025 for loan purposes due to personal circumstances, including major roof leak repairs, yet communication and progress remained extremely poor. Another major concern was that an unknown staff member from the office joined a phone discussion regarding my private tax matters without my prior consent. I was not comfortable with my personal financial information being discussed with a third party I had never authorised. Overall, I found the process highly stressful, unprofessional, and unnecessarily prolonged. I would strongly recommend clearer communication, better client privacy pract

Having had an unlucky time a few years ago - selling real estate and then trying to re purchase - I was taken in hand by Halo Advisory who managed my business and my income with meticulous attention. Life changes and things come out of left field - I cannot thank Greg and his Team for the care and time they put into helping me solve my problems, largely due to unknown events - being a female small business owner, I have never once felt I was left out in the cold. I highly recommend Halo Advisory.

My partner & I reached out to Greg for help with our tax returns. Greg & his team were extremely helpful and supportive and truly went the extra mile for us! Cannot recommend highly enough! We will of course by back to see Halo for our 2023/2024 returns!
