Great store with a wide range of kitchenware, homewares, bedding, and other household essentials. The store is clean, well organised, and easy to browse. They often have great discounts, making it a good place to find quality products at reasonable prices. Happy with my shopping experience.

Spent $600 and was treated like garbage by customer service. Should I go refund everything HS or will you rectify my experience? More than willing to email you. Terrible, terrible. $600 and this is how you treat customers? Spent $1300 in just this month (and the month is one one week in!) and customer service hasn’t bothered to contact me about my experience or rectify it.. horrible.. I’m going to go return everything now!

Bought a pillow from them. the sample they had was much softer than actual pillow. used bought pillow with 3 layers of pillowcases and got neck pain after using it for 2 hours. Took the pillow for return as it has been used for 2 hours in layered condition and they didn't accept it. Won't buy anything from this shop again.

The both girls on the counter were too rude and they did not even listen to me. Moreover they did not exchange my items as they said these are used. The Tshirts were completely unused and still the sales girls did not change it and started arguing with me. The time when I be there was 7:25 pm and date is 12th of February 2025. I really feel that I am not going to come back here any more.

Well signage from carpark to Harris Scarfe. Well managed and clean I was impressed with the staff. All were very hands on, every staff was very helpful and with smile on their face One staff member was so nice she took my coffee cups and the trolley away for safe storage instead of pushing them around and hitting each other in the trolley. When we got to the counter, the lady there also was aware of the coffee cups and said the other lady also wrap them all!! I am sorry I did not get her name and the rest 😔 You all were amazing with your service and we will definitely be back ❤️ Note: good discounts too
