I had my flu vac in this pharmacy for the first and last time.. The man that served me was unfriendly and looked racist. He didn't even clean my skin before he put the needle in. On top of that, he made me bleed so much. I think this man is not suitable to do what he is doing. He didn't even ask me if I was ok? Where's the duty of care? I wish I can show the blood stain.

Extremely aggressive and unhelpful. I did take the booster COVID-19 dose 24 hours earlier & it appears they did not lodge the notification. I'm at a loss as I cannot prove that I've taken it and I'm travelling! When I called, the pharmacist was aggressive, indicated he cannot help me now, was unable to provide an indication on when will this be looked into, did not offer to call back, just had to close the phone! I'm NOTHING to them.

This pharmacy is great and the ladies are wonderful. Like the other person below who had the bad experience, what happened to you happened to my cousin and her partner with the Day/Night chemist on King George's Road. The pharmacist refused to dispense medication (my cousins partner had a major operation and was given a prescription for pain killers) without talking to the doctor first. This was after 8pm. They also look at you like you are a drug addict and she has one heck of a respectable job, so I find that amazing. She had to wait until the morning to see this chemist to get the prescription filled. Meanwhile her partner suffered through the night in some major pain
