Knock down / rebuild done with Demis. During the design process had great concepts, listened and accommodated preferences and was prompt with design alterations and communications. Attentive and managed the contract during the build process. No hesitations in recommending him for your reno/build.

Demis is an exceptional architect. What stands out the most is throughout the design process was Demi's patience. We went through several revisions, and not once did his commitment to delivering outstanding design waiver, and the same time ensuring that we were satisfied. It's clear that he has passion for his work. The attention to detail and complying with council regulation impressed us the most. This allowed us to get our Development Application approved with council without any major objections. We couldn't be more happier with Demi's professionalism and quality of work!

Demis is an absolute pleasure to work with. Demis is helping us draw up our dream home, by way of an extension to our existing house and has been incredibly patient, diligent, responsive, organised, proactive and helpful. Demis is very passionate about his work, you can tell he loves what he does and this comes through in his work. Demis is always professional, friendly and easy to talk to. He often sends through suggestions or ideas with no prompting and is always happy to revisit or test how other options might work. He has assisted us a great deal in pulling together our plans for Council and meeting with them. We can’t fault Demis in terms of his commitment, responsiveness and the quality of service he has provided us so far and I look forward to one day completing our project with Demis’ help.

One of the best in our opinion. We found hecticrAt architects through a friend who highly recommended Demis. After talking to quite a few architects, Demis was one of the most personable, professional and knowledgeable we came across. He understood the build possibilities and where we needed to be cautious. It's been over a number years we have liaised with Demis with 2 projects and he has not disappointed us. He's responsive and has provided us with sound advice and direction. We've also enjoyed working with him and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family.
