I recently used Hello Plumbing Services who sent Jack to replace my kitchen tap and bathroom shower taps, and he did an excellent job from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to talk me through all of my options before starting the work. The installation was completed to a high standard, and he left everything clean and tidy afterwards. He also removed and disposed of the old fixtures, which made the whole process hassle-free. I really appreciated Jack’s honest advice and great customer service. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable plumber and will definitely be using his services again in the future. Thank you Jack!

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Booking was straightforward with a phone call to me soon after making an online enquiry. A plumber, Johan, was able to attend fairly quickly. I was kept informed of his arrival with a phone call and text message and he arrived at the notified time. Not only did he diagnose my existing plumbing problem but he proactively identified an issue with my hot water tank which required fairly immediate attention thereby potentially saving me a very damaging water leak. He returned a couple of days later to replace the hot water tank and did a sterling job with a very neat installation. Johan was extremely polite, respectful of my home and tidied up after the job. Card payment immediately on completion of the job meant settling the bill was quick and convenient. I wouldn't hesitate to use Hello Plumbing again.

Very impressed by Hello Plumbing. We had quite the pipe emergency looming when we called them and they were very responsive. Our plumbers Jack and George were punctual, pleasant and efficient. They identified the problem and swiftly had a plan for how to fix it. They were here for a few days and were polite, friendly and clean every day. Once our drama was sorted they left no mess for us to clean up. Highly recommended!

Highly recommend Hello plumbing. Gus was super helpful and finally sorted out some niggling issues we had. End result, hotter water & better pressure, higher function new taps, much needed outdoor tap (in a tricky spot - thx Gus!) and upgraded water heaters.
