During one of the hardest times our family has ever faced, Hills Family Funerals — and in particular Audrey and the team — made an unbearable process feel manageable. From the very beginning, they handled every detail with care and professionalism, allowing us to focus entirely on grieving and being present for one another rather than worrying about logistics. Their attention to detail and transparent pricing meant there were no surprises at a time when we had no capacity for them. Everything was communicated clearly and compassionately, and we always felt supported rather than just processed. Audrey was incredibly supportive and warm during one of the hardest times for my nanna and our family. She provided genuine care and comfort when we needed it most. Her communication was amazing. Hills Family Funerals were excellent. From start to finish. They helped us with every step of the way in a kind and respectful manner, paying utmost respect to our family member. They helped and organised everything from the service tot he wake. Even on the day, they kept us to schedule without feeling rushed. The team at Hills Family Funerals were recommended to me, and I am so incredibly grateful they were. Organising a funeral in your 20s is a daunting, overwhelming task that no one ever expects to face, but from the very beginning Richard and his team made the entire process feel manageable, clear, and supported. Nothing ever felt rushed or confusing, and his guidance meant more than I can put into words. On the day itself, Audrey was absolutely wonderful and helped ensure everything ran smoothly. Her calm presence and attention to detail allowed us to focus on what really mattered, without having to worry about logistics. Hill Family Funerals also helped organise Ray Frew as the celebrant, and he did an amazing job. I received multiple compliments on how beautifully and respectfully he conducted the service, and it truly felt like he honoured my mum in the most meaningful way. I can’t thank the entire team enough for the respect, care, and compassion they showed throughout the whole process. During one of the hardest times of my life, they made me feel supported every step of the way, and I will forever be grateful for that.

From the first meeting we felt confident that we were in the hands of caring professionals. The staff took us through every step with kindness and sensitivity while the resultant outcome was simply perfect. The farewell to our beloved cousin was dignified and joyous and for that we are forever grateful.
